We are delighted to announce the appointment of Frédéric Grondin as Vice-President Sales Eastern Canada, effective January 15, 2024. Frédéric gained exceptional experience as Sales Director at Robover, where he worked for 15 consecutive years.
During his tenure at Robover, Frédéric played a crucial role in developing the market and increasing sales, representing the company as if it were his own. His unwavering commitment to growth and leadership helped build an outstanding, well-trained and efficient sales team.
As part of his new responsibilities as VP Sales, Frédéric will also take on the role of mentor and trainer to ensure a smooth transition of his skills to his successor. It is with great confidence that we announce that Joel Gagné will take over as Sales Director, simultaneously with Frédéric's promotion.
Joel Gagné, a dedicated member of our team for 9 years, has demonstrated exceptional skills in customer relations, sales and representation. His inspirational leadership and ability to effectively manage territories make him a valuable asset to sales development in Eastern Canada. We are confident that Joel will make a significant contribution to the continued growth of sales in Canada, reinforcing ODL's position as a market leader.
