New Board Members Join Fenestration Canada


August 8, 2023, Toronto, ON – Fenestration Canada is thrilled to welcome three new board members, elected at the FenCan Spring Conference in Kelowna. All three of the association’s new board members are long-time Fenestration Canada supporters who are committed to advancing the organization's mandate.


Adrian Edge is a highly qualified leader in the fenestration industry with 15 years of experience in business development, operations management, project management. Adrian has previously lead FenCan’s Pacific Chapter and provided critical support and assistance with Fenestration Canada’s FIT program for window and door installation certification. He currently works as a Multi-Family Manager of Innotech Windows + Doors, leading his team in providing Passive House Institute certified windows and door solutions for multi-family developments.





Pierre-Luc Bellavance has been working in the fenestration industry since 2009 with Lepage Millwork. Pierre-Luc brings an extensive background in mechanical engineering and testing to the Fenestration Canada board including expertise in developing new products, implementing new production equipment, and developing products to achieve American standards. His career at Lepage has enabled extensive experience with wood and steel doors, wood, PVC and hybrid windows, and insulating glass fabrication. Pierre-Luc has also volunteered with various industry associations and committees. He is now the director of the Engineering and R&D Department at Lepage Millwork.



John Grilli is a fenestration industry veteran with 30 plus years. Presently he is a National Sales Manager at ODL Canada. John owned his own manufacturers rep agency specializing in window and door components and has worked in a sales and marketing with several regional window manufacturers and vinyl extruders. He presently sits on the FenCan Board of Directors as well as the FenCan membership committee and is a co-Chair on the Ontario Chapter of FenCan.





Fenestration Canada's new board members will provide invaluable insight and expertise as the organization works to support the fenestration industry across Canada. They are committed to ensuring that Fenestration Canada continues to be a leader in advocating for better energy efficient window systems, providing resources to designers and manufacturers, and educating consumers about the benefits of high-performance windows.


The addition of these three new board members is instrumental in helping Fenestration Canada reach its goals and furthering the organization's mission of promoting energy efficient fenestration solutions.
