Atlantic Windows Announces Leadership Transition: President Greg Dickie to Step Down in 2025
Port Elgin, NB — Atlantic Windows formally announced that Greg Dickie will step down from his role as
President at a future date in 2025.
Greg began his career at Atlantic Windows in 2003 at the age of 26 in the role of Industrial Engineer. In 2005, he was promoted to Director of Operations, serving on the Senior Leadership team, then succeeding Rob Miller as President in 2015. Over Greg’s tenure at Atlantic Windows, the company has realized triple digit growth.
“It has been an incredible honour to lead Atlantic Windows over the past nine years as President,” said Greg. “My time with Atlantic Windows has been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally. I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together with our team, customers, suppliers and partners. I am confident that the company is well-positioned for continued success.”
Collectively, the Executive Committee at Nova Capital (parent company of Atlantic Windows) agrees this is the most opportune time to prepare the company for this leadership transition, facilitated by an experienced
management team and the maturity of the product development cycle. Greg will remain with the company in an advisory role to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Once complete, Greg looks forward to having the time and flexibility to pursue other professional and personal goals.
“On behalf of the Nova Capital Executive Committee and the entire Atlantic Windows team, we extend our
deepest gratitude to Greg for his exemplary leadership and vision,” said Steve Smith, Owner and CEO. “We
are excited about the future and are committed to identifying a successor who will further our mission and
values.”
