Fenestration Canada’s Official Update on the Spring Conference
Toronto, ON – Over the past month, we have seen some major changes in the way we work.
Fenestration Canada made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Spring Conference in Charlottetown, PEI to ensure the health and safety of its members.
Next year, the 2021 Spring Conference will be held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, BC. Please note that we will be back in Charlottetown, PEI in 2022. More information and details to follow on both conferences.
We will be reaching out to anyone who has registered or supported the conference thus far.
We are also looking at alternate methods to host our mandatory Annual General Meeting later this year and we will update members as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this crisis together and rest assured that we are focusing our efforts on helping you during these hard times while also working on initiatives to make sure that our market comes back as strong as possible, as fast as possible.
Toronto, ON – The health and safety of our members is the most important priority for Fenestration Canada. In that regard, access to information is crucial.
That is why Fenestration Canada decided to launch its COVID-19 Information Hub for the Canadian Fenestration Industry. “The Hub is basically a webpage with easy access to the information we feel is relevant. As everything changes so quickly in this crisis situation, we decided to mostly rely on official government resources and links”, says Stéphane Labelle Executive Director. “We also want our members to understand that we are currently looking at several options to provide them support in these challenging times and I want to invite all of them to reach out to us for any suggestions or requests. We are here, with you, ready to help”.
Please visit https://fenestrationcanada.ca/covid/ to access the hub. This resource is also available for non-members of Fenestration Canada.

Regarding the Spring Conference and AGM planned from June 3rd to June 6th in Charlottetown, PEI,
Canada, we are working closely with our Board of Directors and Event Committee to plan for a safe
event. As a result of this dialogue and the fact that our event is set to take place in several months, we
are currently planning on proceeding with the Spring Conference, with the health and safety of our
attendees, staff, and volunteers as our top priority. That being said, we are monitoring the
recommendations issued by the federal and provincial governments on a daily basis and this decision
might change depending on the evolution of the situation. If any changes were to occur, we will advise
potential attendees by April 6th, 2020.
In light of the current situation, we have decided to postpone the Moncton Regional Event. We will monitor the situation and reschedule as soon as possible.
These events are a FREE benefit to our members! This day will include informative education sessions as well as lunch and networking opportunities.
